Very impressive urban revitalization in St Petersburg, Florida. It was always a nice city, but now it is happening! Drive from I-75 down Central Avenue to downtown and west to the beach. Amazing number of bars and restaurants.
St Pete would be a very good high tech alternate to Silicon Valley and Boston, with affordable housing and a great climate.
